Today is the International Day of Happiness and we thought a moment of self-care would be just perfect to celebrate! When we think about self-care, we think about lighting some candles, applying a skin mask, and relaxing while having a cup of tea. Does it sound good to you?
First of all, you have to create the ideal environment to relax. For us, lighting a candle with a relaxing aroma, dimming the light, or putting on relaxing music are things that help us relax. And on a Sunday afternoon relaxing is really all we want.
Then, we start thinking about skincare. It is important that you choose the right products for your skin type and needs. For example, if your skin has been feeling dehydrated and pulling, a moisturizing mask might do the trick. Whereas if you feel that your skin gets oily throughout the day, a purifying mask will certainly help.
