Etat Pur is a brand belonging to the french Group NAOS, like Bioderma. This brand was created in 2011 by Jean Noël Thorel, biological pharmacist, founder of NAOS. The goal of Etat Pur is to do different and do better, and its values are transparency, respect, and sharing.
Inspired by the natural functioning of the skin, Etat Pur has a universal and biomimetic range of skincare products. In addition, they can be complement with Pure Actives to address any specific skin condition. Therefore Pure Actives are applied in a localized way, only where the skin needs them.
The Etat Pur Skincare routine
This brand simplifies the skincare routine by focusing only on what is essential: cleansing, moisturizing, and addressing any major skin concern. Let’s explore the Etat Pur skincare routine.
Step 1 – Cleansing
Cleansing is obviously the first step of the routine so that the skin is clean and ready to receive the skincare products. Etat Pur cleansing products are developed to clean and respect the skin and you can find 4 different options.
To clean the skin daily, you can choose between micellar water, cleansing milk, and a cleansing gel. The choice should be based on your skin type and preference. If you have oily skin, you probably enjoy the cleansing gel the most or even the micellar water. On the other hand, if your skin is dry, perhaps you will feel more comfortable with the cleansing milk. If you usually wear make-up, you might like to use the micellar water or the cleansing milk to remove it.
In addition to the 3 previous options, the cleansing range also has a purifying mask. Ideal for combination to oily skin, this express mask acts in 5 minutes to reduce imperfections like pimples and blackheads and smooth the skin.
Step 2 – Pure Actives
When you feel that your skin needs it or if you have a specific skin concern, such as wrinkles, blemishes, pimples, or lack of shine, add the Pure Actives to your routine. The actives are dosed in the ideal concentration of effectiveness. You will find ten different actives that you can choose from depending on your skin needs. We will leave you with these three examples: salicylic acid for pimples and blackheads, glabridin for dark spots, and hyaluronic acid for wrinkles.
Step 3 – Moisturizer
Lastly, the four moisturizers adapted to each skin type with the goal of hydrating and nourishing the skin to keep it healthy. For combination to oily skin, there is the mattifying gel and for normal to combination skin go with the light moisturizing cream. Whereas for dry skin the recommended is the rich cream and there is also the melting cream for all skin types.
