1. Shampoo

Choose a shampoo adequate to your scalp condition, whether it is dry, oily, irritated or with dandruff. If you would like to, you can intercalate with a volumizing shampoo for example. On the other hand, if you do not have any particular scalp condition go for a volumizing shampoo.

2. Conditioner

Sometimes in the hope to detangle our hair easily, we use too much conditioner. However, it will weight on the hair making it look even more heavy and thin. So apply the conditioner only on the lengths and ends of the hair and just a small amount. Make sure to remove it well in the end.

Remember that the conditioner you choose should be adapted to the condition of your hair lengths and ends and there is a wide variety of options.

Many times thin hair means oily scalp and if that is your case, dry shampoo might be a great help. It has particles that absorb oiliness and also volumize the hair, to leave it looking fresh and with volume. You can use it throughout the day if the hair gets too oily and heavy.
